4. Curated Content and Fair Use
a. Curated Content: Our website curates news headlines and brief excerpts (1-2 sentences) from various external sources for educational and informational purposes. We ensure to credit the original sources and provide direct links to the full articles. All curated content remains the property of its original owner, and we do not claim any ownership of the content sourced from third-party websites. While we curate content under the fair use doctrine for educational and informational purposes, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders. If you are the copyright holder and object to the use of your content, please contact us, and we will promptly review your claim and remove the content if necessary.

10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site and Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services, with prior notice where possible, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, you may request a pro-rata refund of any prepaid services. If you believe your account was terminated unjustly, you may contact us within 30 days to initiate a dispute resolution process.

19. Arbitration and Choice of Forum
a. Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 30 days of the initiation of the arbitration, the Company may petition the federal or state courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to appoint an arbitrator.
b. Choice of Forum: Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to bring any claims, actions, or disputes in court. In such cases, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be the federal or state courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
c. Waiver of Class Actions: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
