Refund Policy

By subscribing to our products and services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees set forth on our site. Subscription fees may be revised with reasonable notice. All purchases and sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, except in cases where products are defective, services are not rendered, or where the customer has contacted us within 30 days of purchase to express dissatisfaction with the product or service. In such cases, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Our subscription services include automatic renewal unless canceled in accordance with this policy. While we strive to provide reminders for subscription renewals, it is your responsibility to manage your account. If you are charged for an automatic renewal without receiving a reminder, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue, including offering refunds where appropriate. The subscription period starts at the time of purchase, and automatic renewal occurs at the end of the subscription period. If automatic renewal fails without payment, your subscription will expire and not be automatically renewed.

If a free trial is offered, billing will begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel your trial subscription before it expires. You must cancel your trial subscription to avoid being charged. Upon the commencement of your initial paid subscription, your payment account will be billed the applicable subscription fee, and your subscription period will start at the time of purchase.

We accept credit card payments and require you to store your payment information for billing purposes. You consent to and acknowledge that we may store this payment information or cause a third party to store it on our behalf. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring that a valid email address is associated with your account for any communications related to your subscription. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your payment information. By providing your payment information, you consent to our data protection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

My Account > Subscriptions > Action > Show > Cancel.

Alternatively, you may contact our support team at support@macroscientific.org for assistance. Please note that if you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions are non-transferable except through bequeathment or by court order. If a service is discontinued, we reserve the right to transfer your subscription to a similar service of equal value and will notify you of such changes.
